Happy Birthday RoM: Catch the frog

Runes of Magic is soon going to be one year old. It was on the 19th March last year that the open beta phase came to an end and our beloved online role play game went live. Now our players have a week-long jubilee in which to celebrate, accompanied by promotions and an in-game event.

We're firing the starting pistol today:

Frogs are going to be tumbling from the skies all over the game world. Whoever bags one of the scrambling amphibians will receive coins which can be exchanged for valuable items.

On the 19th March only, all adventurers who are logged on will receive an exclusive house pet - a lucky frog. This is the first of its kind which, along with its visual appeal, also has a lucky bonus effect - meaning that owners will have an increased chance of finding rare items in Runes of Magic.

Fireworks for making the Friday celebration of the one year's existence go with a real bang, complete the gift pack.

In addition, on the coming weekend players will receive three times the amount of Experience and Talent points.
